Formed in 2009 by managing director Brett Edbrook, the company is based in Drewitt House Bournemouth, although we work across the country and have a prestigious client portfolio that is nationwide. The company has gone from strength to strength and is now firmly established within the commercial fit out and specialist Education & Media sectors. However, throughout this period of growth we have never lost sight of our core values, which are client satisfaction, attention to quality & detail, professionalism and providing the personal touch. We deal with you directly from concept through to completion, utilising both our knowledge and a wealth of experience in the industry, as well as the expertise of our dedicated partners.

Brett Edbrook
Managing Director
As Managing director, Brett heads up the company and is in overall control. A 30 year career within the construction industry, encompassing a full spectrum of experience. Brett acts primarily as the company estimator, surveyor and chief decision maker, although obviously delegating responsibilities to the team around him, still likes to lead from the helm and adopt a very ‘hands on’ approach.
Ben Edbrook
Contracts Manager
Ben is an enthusiastic member of the El Projects team. In 2021 Ben achieved a distinction grade at HNC level in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management. Having worked on various projects within different sectors his experience goes beyond his years. Ben's role for El Projects is Contracts Manager dealing with projects from concept through to completion his responsibilities include client/contractor liaison, construction planning/management, programming, CDM coordination, procurement, project reporting and aftercare.
Jenny Lines
Administration Officer
Jen has been with El Projects for 1 year. Her principal duties are all aspects of accounts and administration. This includes bank reconciliation, VAT quarterly submissions, CIS monthly returns for Sub-Contractors and Salaries. All associated office tasks, general enquiries, archiving and stationary procurement. Jen previously worked in the financial services sector for 28 years within Office Management and Operations Management. Her IT skills and software experience are helping to bring a more streamline approach to back-office systems.

Paul Robinson
Architect
Project Architect | Director at rbstudio architects BA Hons DIP Arch | ARB | RIBA. rbstudio have established a reputation for providing a professional service with creative flair to deliver high-quality architecture. The practice is currently working on a number of residential, commercial and education projects.

Matthew Knowles
CAD Designer
Matt has amassed over 30 years of accumulated knowledge across the design side of the construction industry. Matt is vastly experienced in the field of creation, modification and optimisation with the latest Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software at his disposal. During his 10 years with EI Projects he provided digital representations of physical and functional characterisation across the full spectrum of commercial, industrial, educational, leisure and public sector facilities.

James Harvey
M&E Consultant
James started life as an electrician before progressing over the years to become a technical services manager, where he has acquired over 12 years’ experience. His experience is wide and varied having worked on both sides of the fence and he brings to EI Projects a wealth of industry knowledge.
Kieran Moon
Quality Consultant
With over 18 years’ experience of Managing and Directing Businesses, Kieran is experienced in all facets of the management of businesses including Training and Development, Delivery, Quality Control, Health, Safety and Environmental Management, Accounts and Finance.
