Centrica (British Gas) had acquired possession of another ‘new’ floor in one of the premiere landmark buildings at the prestigious Callaghan Square business area in Cardiff and needed it up and running in a hurry!
Project Proposal
Open plan office space interspersed with glass fronted ‘quiet rooms’ for informal meetings, interviews and more privatised hot desking. To create a large breakout space for staff to generally relax, encompassing a leisure area and a stylish kitchenette with high-quality granite worktops, fixtures and fittings.
